1. Complete Your Sports Physical

You'll need to get a sports physical completed by your doctor before you can register or try out. Physicals are good for one year from the date of appointment.

2. Register for Your Sport

Find the correct registration path for your sport below. You'll need your sports physical in order to submit.

Elementary

Secondary

  1. Go to the NYOS Rank One page
  2. Create an account if you don't already have one
  3. Add your student with their school ID number which can be found in Skyward
  4. Complete and sign all forms and upload your student's sports physical

3. You Made It! Pay for Your Sport

Now that you've made the team (congrats!) you'll need to pay your sport fee. Click your sport below to make your payment.
