2. Review minutes from the December 4, 2025 meeting 
3. Public comment 
4. Discuss summary of  intruder detection audit findings and district-wide corrective actions
5. Discuss and vote on the appointment for the vice-chair position

6. The Safety and Security Committee  will meet in executive session in accordance with Texas Governance Code Section 551.076.    This chapter does not require a governmental body to conduct an open meeting to deliberate:

(1)  the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; or

(2)  a security audit.

7. Consider and take possible action on matters discussed in executive session
