If you need technology assistance from NYOS Charter School's IT Department while at-home learning is taking place, IT can be contacted during the following support hours:

Effective at-home learning works best when households have internet service for computers and tablets. If your service is sporadic or nonexistent, please check with your cell phone provider. In response to school closures for COVID-19, cell phone service providers like AT&T, Verizon, TMobile and others are adding FREE extra bandwidth for mobile hotspot use, which may make any smartphone a hotspot.
