Earning a Letter in a sport is a privilege that should be reserved for athletes who excel both on the field and off. While some requirements by necessity are subjective and will be based on coaches evaluation, others are measurable. The following guidelines will be used by the coach in recommending the student for a Letter in any sport. 
• Letters are only awarded to High School Athletes
• Attend at least 90% of all practices.
• Play at least one half of the available minutes in 75% of the games/matches played by the team
• All Athletic fees for the sport must be paid in full
• The athlete may not have been academically ineligible at any point in during the season
• The athlete must not have received any referrals or similar discipline during the season
• The athlete was respectful to coaches, officials, opponents showing good sportsmanship throughout the season
• The athlete demonstrated leadership abilities in working with his/her teammates
• The athlete had a positive impact on the teams effectiveness while in the game
